With Plattco double flap airlock valves being designed to operate for decades, we know that during their useful life environmental, regulatory, and plant requirements may change. At Plattco, we have an entire cross-functional Technology Group dedicated to continually evaluating and improving our current products while developing and engineering new products as well. No rotary action, eliminating the need to build a clearance (leakage) into the valve
Housing is not part of the seal so it can last for decades in the worst operational environments
Airlock is maintained even if the material is abrasive, corrosive, and/or is pressurized or subject to high temperatures
